    Quality Standards

My services are performed with accuracy, consistency and an intrinsic quality that builds client trust.

    Timeliness

Clients need certain work to be completed, well – yesterday. That’s why I work diligently to be flexible to client schedules and timelines.

    Integrity

Integrity, confidentiality and honesty are a primary focus when interacting with clients, their information and their requirements.

    Service Orientated

Client service requirements are a top priority, therefore quality communication, organization and detailed preparation and follow-up are central to achieving this goal.

    My Differentiating Qualities

    Communicative

I make it my priority to communicate with you in a timely fashion and to not leave you guessing about anything related to your work.  I want you to feel reassured that I am part of your team and understand what you are trying to accomplish.  I view my work as being collaborative, and that begins with quality communication.  This also makes our working relationship more pleasant and productive.

    Creative

I am creative at composing, editing or creating as needed.  I also have unique skills to offer as a story teller. Some client requirements may be quite straightforward, while others need a more inventive solution.  Whatever the scenario, I am a problem solver and I will give you several suggestions to accomplish what you require. As I like to work with a variety of industries and clients, there sometimes needs to be a research component to effectively write original material – that is my guarantee.

    Organized

From the start, I ask the questions necessary to gain a clear understanding of what you require and what you are wanting to achieve. From there I plan how I am going to accomplish your work and estimate the time that it will take.  I am highly organized and try to limit the number of times that I need to interact with you.  This orderly approach helps me to avoid bothering you and wasting time.
